StudioBookings is a strong believer in having and keeping a record of the things you do. This is essential if you are in a business that involve customers. Sometimes there are disputes over events. StudioBookings has built in email alerts for record keeping that in almost all cases a studio owner, staff and the member gets when any changes are made to that member's account.
However there are times when you want to turn this off or disable some of the alerts and emails. Here is where and how you do this. This applies to the studio owner as well as the member.
To make the changes to the email alerts you get, go to the 'My Account' area and select the alerts you want or do not want.
