If you are not getting notification emails when a member or client books a class or other types of emails, it most like is due to that email being disabled on your profile.

To enable or make the changes to the emails you get as the Studio Owner (admin), please see the steps below.

  1. Go to My Profile

2. Select 'Email Preferences'

3. On the 'Email Preferences' page below, enable or disable the emails you wish to receive. We recommend that you enable most and then disable later if you wish to not get that particular email.
