There are times when you need to issue a refund to a member. Here are the steps -

1. Go to the member's profile and select the package that was purchased.

2. Next select the Modify Credits button and update the purchase price. Example if a member paid $100 for a package and you wish to refund $20, change the 'Paid' to be $80.
