To give an instructor STAFF access or STAFF permission please follow the below instructions.  
(First, be sure that the instructor does not have a separate member account using the same email address)

  1. On the Dashboard select Manage Staff profiles here you will see your list of instructors

2. Select the edit icon (yellow pencil) for the instructor/s you wish to give staff permissions

3. Scroll down to the Profile Type and select the Staff box.

4. Click Submit button.
