Changing member's passwords, member password update

Do you know that StudioBookings gives you the ability to update your members/client's passwords? Yes, you can and you or your staff can do this.

If you need to update a member's passwords, follow these steps below -

1. Log into your StudioBookings as the studio owner or your staff can log in using their staff account

2. Go to the Members tab and select VIEW to see the member's profile (see below) 

3. Next, select 'Change Password' button 

4. In the pop-up box enter the new password (passwords needs to be 8 characters in length)

That's it.
