The History Report under each member's account shows the full audit of all passes purchased, the credits that are used for each pass they have purchased, and the remaining unused balances.

We highly recommended that you have the email notification setting enabled to get notified by the system when a member's pass is about to expire with unused credits. Please see below where to enable this so when a member's pass is expiring with unused credits you are notified by email (and have a record) before the pass expires so you can extend the expiration date of the pass if needed or even more importantly, always have a record of these events since there will always be an email record as well.
