The system will make a member inactive after 90 days if the member has not logged into the system to book a class or perform other actions. A studio owner or staff can manually mark a member as inactive by going to a members profile and clicking the 'edit info' link. For a member's profile to be re-activated they will need to click the 'forget password' link at the top of the calendar page.
If a studio owner goes to Roll Call to book a class for a member and the member does not show up in the search, first check if the member is marked as active. If the member is inactive they will not show up in Roll Call screen to add to class. You will first need to make the member 'active'.
