StudioBookings can produce a report letting you know how much to pay your instructors. Follow these instructions below to let the system know what to pay your instructors -

1. Go to Dashboard -> Manage Staff Profiles

2. Select 'Edit' of the Instructor you wish to enter the pay rate for

3. Select the 'Pay Type' and enter the 'Pay Rate' That's it. StudioBookings will do the rest.

To see the Pay Report showing what to pay instructors, do the following -

4. Go to Dashboard -> Instructors Pay Report to see what to pay your instructors

5. Clicking on the instructors name will give more details of earnings and you can chose to Export to Excel Spreadsheet.
