Sometimes you want to send an email to a particular class only and not to all of your members. Example you want to email your Monday 9am Yoga class members about a late studio opening due to snow or give kudos about the good work they are doing.

Well, StudioBookings allows you to email just the participants in a class.

Here is how -

1. Select any class on the calendar and go to Roll Call

2. Once on the Roll Call screen, select the members that you wish to send an email to, or select all the members if you wish to email all members, then select the 'Send Email' button .......(see below image)

3. Selecting the 'Send email' button will give you the pop-up (see below) to send an email to just those members/students in that particular class or all the members if all the members are selected.

** Note that the studio owner will get a copy of the email that is sent.
