It's very easy to manually manage your members class credits. Sometimes your member pays for class card credits by cash, checks or other credit card methods. Or maybe you want to give a member credits to book classes and collect the payment later.
See the steps below -
1. Click on 'Members' tab
2. Search for the member by name
3. Then click on the 'View' icon (see below)
4. Once you are in the members profile scroll down the page to the Class Credit section and click 'Add Class Credits' (see below)
5. You will see the pop - up as shown below. Here you select the package the member purchased, the price and the class credit total.
If member or client is paying cash, select the Manual Purchase tab.
