If you have classes that you do not wish to have displayed to the general public or to members you can choose to have them hidden. Some studios have private classes that they do not want members booking.
To make a class NOT display on the calendar - Follow these steps.
a. Go to Calendar page and select the class
b. Select Modify class (see below)
c. Select the Select Main Class option (see below)
d. Uncheck the box 'Show on calendar' (see below)
NOTE : Studio owner and staff can still see the class, members, guests and general public cannot.
