Have you sold your fitness business and wish to transfer the studio and all your StudioBookings details to a new owner? Please see the instructions and steps for a quick and seamless transfer here below.
First, cancel all your member's existing recurring contracts if there are any.
Next, disconnect your Stripe account so the new owner can get and connect their Stripe account.
Go to your profile and update your password to something generic (password1 for example) that you can give to the new owner and then update your email address to the new user's email address. The new owner can then change their password as they see fit. We can also assist with this.
Have the new owner update their credit card on file for the monthly subscription so your card is not billed.
If the name of the studio or the website URL is changing this can be updated in Settings and we can take care of this here for the new owner as well.
