We're thrilled to unveil this addition that will enable you to offer discounts on Workshops to your members by way of a promo code (discount code).
How does it work
When adding a Workshop, you will see the option asking if you would like to add a Promo Code that can be used for this Workshop. See below...
Selecting 'Yes' to add a promo code will display the promo code options for that Workshop. See the below example
Enter the desired name of the promo code (codes are case sensitive so NAPLES is not the same as Naples)
Enter the desired date you want the code to be able to be 'used by'. Example, if you enter January 1, 2024 then that is the last day that a member can book that Workshop and use that code to get the discount. On January 2nd the code will not work and they will pay full price for the Workshop.

Q. Can I reuse a Workshop code after it expires for the same Workshop if I want to offer another discount?
A. No, you will need to use another code name.
Q. Can I extend the code expiration date?
A. Yes, you only need to change the code expiration date before it expires.
Q. Is there a report that I can run to see who has used the code?
A. Yes, under Reports -> Promo Code Reports, select Workshop Reports to see the promo code reports for each Workshop.
