Can I set a minimum attendance level for a class and if its not met have the system auto cancel the class?
Yes!! The system can automatically cancel a class for you if you have a minimum number of required spots. This Setting is located when you are adding a class or a course.
When adding a class, simply enter the minimum number of spots that must be met for the class to occur. Example, if you require 5 people to be in that class for it to occur, then enter 5 in the box. If only 4 members book the class, the system will automatically cancel the class and refund to the members the class credits that was used to book the class.
How does the system know what time to cancel the class?
The system will use the Class booking cutoff setting for canceling the class. Example, if your Setting is 15 mins before a class starts, the system will automatically cancel the class 15 mins before the class starts. Please set the time with the consideration to allow for those booked in the class to get the notification in time.

Answer: Currently this does not work for Workshops as Workshops do not use class credits. We are sure this will get added in the future.
