How to correctly edit, modify and manage your email templates. Modify emails sent to members.

Note (important): When editing email templates, we strongly ask that you DO NOT  remove or edit any text in curly brackets  -> {...........}.  This may affect the email. 


To edit the automated email templates that are sent to your members and clients from the system based on certain actions, please see the instructions below -

  1. Select the 'Manage Email Template'  as shown below 

2. Select the 'Edit' icon by the email template you wish to edit

3. Once the email icon is clicked, you will see a pop-up window that will allow you to edit the content of the email. 

  • Disable this email - This will stop the selected email from getting sent to your members and clients

  • Reset to default - If for some reason you edit an email and need to get back the 'Original' click this button and the system will replace your edited version with the original version

When finished editing an email, click the blue 'Update' button to save your changes.
