Some studios have a system where members purchase a certain amount of credits to use for classes. Sometimes this runs low or completely runs out and you find this out days or months later. Sometimes this is after the member has taken several classes. StudioBookings offers a feature where studio owners and members gets alerted when a class card balance hits a certain number. This number is determined by you, the studio owner.

You set this alert balance reminder by going to 'Settings' and 'Business Settings' and set your 'Class card reminder number'. When a member's balance hits this number an alert (a gentle reminder) is sent to the member.
